Over the years, we have seen so many people in so many fitness centra training with a very bad form and doing strange exercises that don’t even exist. In our gym we say goodbye to bad form of exercises. Our coaches will watch you and approach you in order to help you get better at fitness.
CORRECT FORM & EXERCISES
We always keep an eye on our members, especially beginners whom ofcourse are more keen to make mistakes in movements and exercises.
PREVENTING INJURIES
Beginners often hurt their back by wanting to lift too heavy. Our coaches will help you prefent injuries by explaining how to actually perform exercises, how to choose the correct weight or how to pick up weights properly.
TRAINING INTENSITY
If you have been training for a while and eating correctly, but you are not growing that much muscle mass, you might not be training with enough intensity. We will push you trough your limits if you want this kind of help!
