This session is slightly more focused on strength and muscle activation, but requires some endurance. Suitable for beginners, intermediates and even advanced athletes.

A lot of different short exercises that make you sweat and burn lots of calories in only 30 minutes.
This is followed by an intense 15min abdominal workout specially designed for a strong six-pack!
The circuit training is a combination of strength, muscle building and cardio training. It’s the optimal workout for activating all of your bodyparts.
This session is followed by a killer abs workout.
CORE, STRENGTH &
This workout is strongly focused on your mobility and physical core tightness.
